• Health observation logging for your own record-keeping purposes

The Service does not provide veterinary medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Any health data displayed within the Service is for informational and record-keeping purposes only.

3. No Medical Advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. The information stored, displayed, or generated by Petential Health is provided solely for your convenience in managing your pet's health records. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Petential Health does not diagnose or identify medical conditions
• Petential Health does not recommend medications, dosages, or treatments
• Petential Health does not replace the need for professional veterinary consultations
• You are solely responsible for all decisions regarding your pet's health and medical care

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data you enter into Petential Health. You acknowledge that medication reminders and appointment notifications are convenience features and that you remain responsible for ensuring your pet receives timely care.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly). You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable laws. Free tier features may change at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with Petential Health are owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Petential Health is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Petential Health shall not be held liable for any adverse health outcomes for your pet.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
